Like many of my clients, when Ericka came to me, she felt extremely overwhelmed with her biz – she was also working a full-time job – while operating her business on the side.

Her biz was growing fast, so she felt like it was spinning out of control. She put off setting up the ‘business’ part of her business because she didn’t know where to start and how to do it the most effectively the first time around.

She was using Venmo for her main method of payment processing (which quickly became a mess of who-has-paid-what-when) and was missing streamlined systems to organize her client base so she could easily onboard and work with new clients.

• We designed an onboarding process for her new group program: including a welcome email AND automation to add to her personal training app!

Once we determined her business’s system needs, the rest is history…

Ericka was ultimately able to create more space in her business to grow with ease in the way that she only dreamed of before!
