Before hiring Sam, I felt like I was managing EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE. Because I was doing it all, I knew I couldn't scale. I already had an OBM, but I need someone who was more invested. Hiring her really helped me step back and focus on being in my zone of genius.

I was a hot mess express!! I was all over the place doing what I thought I needed (ie. hiring before I had systems) and didn't realize that I was simply lacking the foundation to organize all my tools and processes.Sam has simplified the way I operate my business. I am no longer overwhelmed logging onto ClickUp and I am focusing on simplicity to move the needle in my business.

I learned that I don't always need to have this fancy tool to be successful, which has been a game changer in the way I view things. Since tech/systems have been my biggest struggle, it helps to have Sam simplify things for me while also calming me down when I was freaking out about everything from sales pages to project management tools.

I had a lot of things I wanted to get done to better automate my business and increase visibility for my digital programs, but needed help (especially because tech stuff isn't my strong suit). First of all, I was floored how she came into my business and just 'got' everything. This was a huge apprehension of mine in trying someone new. But she's very intuitive. Also, she's super available. I really appreciate how fast she responds. You never have to wait days for a reply and she's there every step of the way. You really feel like she has everything under control all the time (because she does AND she communicates it, which is rare). She helped me wrap up a bunch of loose ends that were weighing me down .... and preventing me from making money where I could/should. I was able to check soooo many things off my list that I couldn't before. It feels amazing.

I feel like a huge weight has been lifted, truly. I feel like I’m finally able to focus on my craft and not have to worry about whether new clients are getting the info they need because it’s not automated! Would 1000% recommend Sam and I have! She makes this process so simple, creates a full plan for you, gives you step by step direction, and was available to answer any questions big or small. She’s also really great at explaining and outlining the tools and resources and makes it way more approachable. She helped me create a client flow. I no longer have to onboard and email each client individually myself. That is worth every penny and more!

I felt great about the work I was doing (the actual coaching) but I felt frazzled and burnt out on the admin side. I was overwhelmed and unclear on how to manage my client files and projects. Things were piling up. I think there’s a huge need in the industry for people like Sam but that technical savvy and knowledge isn’t necessarily part of the “coaching package” that a lot of us have, which includes intuition, soft skills, empathy, insight etc.

I know many coaches who have struggled with their systems. Sam taking some big admin things off my plate gave me the space for me to complete my new contract. I’m glad to have a new project management and client management system.

I needed someone who could organize my business from the inside out! This not only would help me + everyone on the team work more efficiently, but it also helps our customers interact with our products + feel like they're understood on their journey as a customer with us.
